We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation that is investing heavily in elevating its FP&A capability, data environment, and automation. We're looking for a highly motivated, Management Accountant who loves bringing data and finance together to drive insights, build out dashboards, and improve reporting processes across the business. The Opportunity You'll join a specialist team of three that sits outside traditional BAU finance , focusing on new builds, automation, dashboarding, and enabling smarter decision‑making. This is a growth‑oriented role suited to someone early in their career who wants meaningful exposure and the chance to shape how a finance function operates. What You'll Be Doing Building and enhancing Power BI dashboards and self‑service reporting tools Supporting forecasting, planning, and performance reporting Working with large, complex data sets to uncover insights for the FP&A function Streamlining processes, improving automation, and reducing manual work Collaborating with product, distribution, and finance stakeholders Supporting strategic improvement of BI infrastructure and data flows Tech Stack You'll Work With Power BI SQL , Alteryx (nice to have) Exposure to QlikSense ideal but not essential About You 2-3 years' post‑grad experience in FP&A, finance analytics, or commercial finance Strong analytical skillset and confidence handling large data sets A finance degree is ideal; CPA/CA not required Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a more unstructured, fast‑moving environment Confident communicator who can partner cross‑functionally Passion for BI, automation, and improving how finance operates If this sounds like you, please get in touch to discuss.
