Adventist Senior Living is dedicated to serving northern New South Wales, and we’re seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to join our team in Cooranbong. This full time fixed term role will see you play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residential facilities are appropriately staffed at all times to deliver quality care to residents while also maintaining a positive work environment. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts to meet the care requirements of residents and maintain require care minutes Effectively process shift change requests, and various leave requests or time off and finding suitable replacements as required to maintain staffing levels Maintaining effective communication with staff members to inform them of their schedules, shift changes and any updates or important information related to their work Collaborating with ASL’s management team to optimize workforce management About You: Experienced in scheduling and administration in care or health services Certificate III or IV in Office Administration or equivalent. - Desirable Exceptional customer service with a professional phone manner Experience using employee scheduling software such as Humanforce Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn Collaborative and skilled at teamwork Friendly and effective communication abilities Passionate about supporting clients' independence, health, and well-being Australian Working Rights Current, Open Driver’s License NDIS Workers Screen Check, or willingness to apply Undertake a pre-employment medical assessment At Adventist Senior Living we are committed to genuine care, integrity and playing our part in a team that really needs us, and for the people we serve and those we serve alongside.
