About The Role This unique opportunity would suit an experienced Clinical RN with training/assessment qualifications who can coordinate and deliver education for our clinical teams within our residential aged care units. Supported by and reporting to the General Manager Avondale House, the position is critical to support the skills currency of our workforce and accreditation requirements. About You You will have the following experience and be able to apply your clinical and people experience in teaching, growing and developing our staff across the clinical teams:- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration Previous experience in a training/educational environment as well as assessments Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged care Strong computer skills and ability to use resident and learning programs Current Drivers Licence NDIS clearance or willing to obtain Demonstrated skills and experience in:- Compliance, writing and reporting Working with people and contributing to a positive workplace culture Planning, organising and leading Deciding and initiating action What really matters here - and what makes Adventist Senior Living work - are our shared values.
