The Snowsports team includes Support Staff, Race & Events and our Leadership team. Within all roles it is a requirement to hold or are eligible to obtain a NSW Working with Children check (WWCC). Previous experience working with children is also desirable and great customer service is essential. Our Leadership team roles available are listed below: Thredboland Indoor Supervisor Thredboland Kitchen Supervisor/Chef (Chef trade papers preferred by not required if experience equivalent) Private Lessons Supervisor Adventure Camp Lead Hand Children's Program Assistant Lead Hand Skills & Experience APSI Level 2, 3 or 4 certifications, or equivalent required for on-snow roles and desirable for Private Lesson Supervisor role. An understanding of Children's on-snow programs and duty of care requirements for minors. Proven experience with effectively leading or supervising a team of staff.
