About the role You will provide advanced clinical leadership, expert consultancy, and operational oversight across North West HHS satellite dialysis units. Working primarily from Mount Isa, you will support service delivery in Doomadgee, Mornington Island and Normanton, collaborating closely with the NUM, senior nursing leadership and local Directors of Nursing to deliver safe, culturally responsive, community‑centred kidney care. Deliver advanced clinical expertise and leadership to ensure high‑quality haemodialysis care across multiple remote satellite units. Support staff capability, clinical governance, education, and continuous quality improvement within the renal service. Working with us For 1 year will get you an isolation bonus of AUD$3,605. If you stay for 2 years you will get AUD$10,815 and for your 3rd year (and every year after that) you will get AUD$7,210 (pro rata for part time employees). In your downtime, we will provide 2 return airfares p.a. (full time employees) (inc. spouse/dependents) or 1 return airfare p.a. (part time employees) to the nearest east coast provincial city in conjunction with your recreation leave; of which we offer 5 weeks p.a. with a 17.5% loading/bonus. 12.75% employer superannuation contribution. Tax savings through salary sacrificing options are also available. Plus 2 weeks p.a., travel as required and enrolment and conference costs for approved courses and conferences. We also offer staff accommodation (if eligible) or a private rental subsidy of AUD$82.50 per week for up to 17 months. Requirements Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences. C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
