Urgent requirement of Workplace Lead - Contract - Sydney Requirements Job location New Castle/Sydney, Australia Client Side(Onsite) Keywords M365, Exchange, SCCM / Intune, MDM / MAM / JamF, Zoom Role Description We are seeking a skilled and proactive Endpoint & Workspace Management Engineer to administer, maintain, and optimize our digital workspace environment. This role is critical in ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant operation of enterprise systems, with a strong focus on endpoint management, user productivity, and security across various platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android). The engineer will manage and integrate a suite of tools including M365, Exchange Online, SCCM/Intune, Jamf, and Zoom. Key Responsibilities Microsoft 365 Administration: Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, permissions, and security settings within Azure AD (Entra ID) and M365 admin centers. Monitor service health and implement data loss prevention (DLP), retention policies, and email security configurations. Endpoint & Device Management (SCCM/Intune/MDM/MAM/Jamf): Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune and SCCM solutions for device management and security. Configure and enforce Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies for organization-owned and BYOD devices. Manage the enrollment, support, and troubleshooting of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android endpoints. Oversee application packaging and deployment using SCCM and Intune, ensuring compatibility and performance. Administer Jamf for the management and security of Apple devices (macOS, iOS). Implement and maintain security baselines, conditional access policies, and device compliance monitoring. Collaboration Tools: Manage and provide technical support for Zoom environments, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with M365. Ensure conference room equipment connectivity and functionality related to collaboration tools. Support and Operations: Provide Tier II/III expert-level troubleshooting and support for all related technologies. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training materials. Automate administrative tasks and generate reports using PowerShell or other scripting tools.
