5 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst , leading complex digital and integration initiatives across enterprise programs. Demonstrated delivery experience on large-scale OpenText ECM programs —including Content Suite, xECM, InfoArchive , with strong capability in content analysis, migration strategy, metadata modelling, retention/records, and integration patterns . Strong exposure to Cloud and SaaS delivery models , including understanding of environment strategies, deployment pipelines, non-functional requirements (performance, security, availability, compliance) . Deep experience defining API‑level requirements , covering: Request/response structures and validation Error handling and exception scenarios Data mapping across upstream/downstream systems Authentication/authorization flows (OAuth, SAML, etc.) Performance, scalability, versioning and integration best practices Hands‑on proficiency with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI specs for exploring, validating, and testing APIs and integration endpoints. Strong ability to facilitate workshops, lead requirement discovery , and translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills , capable of aligning business SMEs, architects, engineering teams, and vendors.
