Role Description Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex AD issues, including authentication failures, replication challenges, and DNS-related integration problems. Execute AD migrations, version upgrades, and consolidation activities. Manage and maintain multi-domain AD forests, trusts, and replication. Implement and enforce Group Policies Implement and administer AD security policies, role-based access control, and privileged access management solutions. Integrate AD with third‑party platforms and cloud services such as Azure AD and Office 365. Administer Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), including patching, performance optimization, and security hardening. Configure and support DNS, DHCP, and file/print services. Ensure server infrastructure aligns with organizational standards and compliance requirements. Support VMware vSphere/ESXi environments, including VM provisioning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Troubleshoot virtualization‑related issues and enhance the efficiency of the virtual infrastructure. Collaborate closely with storage and networking teams to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions. Skills: Deep expertise in Active Directory, including multi‑domain environments, GPO management, replication, and trusts. Strong proficiency in VMware vSphere/ESXi, covering administration, performance troubleshooting, and optimization. Extensive experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), including configuration, maintenance, and support. Solid knowledge of DNS and DHCP configuration, administration, and issue resolution. Hands‑on PowerShell scripting skills for automation, reporting, and administrative tasks. Thorough understanding of security best practices across Active Directory and Windows environments. Proven ability to manage complex escalations and provide reliable L3-level technical support.
