Your Opportunity This is a unique opportunity for an experienced health service planning professional to join our high-performing PEPI team. As an Associate Director focused on health service planning, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative and practical solutions for clients across complex healthcare systems. Your strategic insight, problem-solving expertise, and ability to build trusted relationships will enable clients to address pressing challenges and meet evolving community needs. Key areas of focus include: Needs Assessment and Service Planning: Use data, guidelines and frameworks to develop evidence informed needs assessments and actionable service and system-level plans. Innovation in Planning Approaches: Champion innovative approaches in service planning to adapt to dynamic healthcare environments and evolving population health demands. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers, clinicians and communities to ensure planning meets the differing needs of important system stakeholders. Client Delivery: Oversee the delivery of projects spanning strategic policy reform, health system transformation, commissioning, programme review, and performance improvement. Leadership & Team Development: Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, capacity building, and professional development. Business Development: Lead business development activities, producing winning proposals (e.g., RFPs, RFTs, and RFQs) and identifying opportunities to expand our health service planning practise.
