Job Description Luxury Escapes Tours is growing fast and we are looking for a Partnerships & Contracting Manager to help shape what we sell next. This role sits in the Tours Commercial team and plays a hands-on role in building itineraries, partnering with world-class tour operators, and driving revenue through smart, well-timed product releases. You will work closely with our Tours leadership, Revenue Management, Product and Marketing teams to bring compelling tour products to market across multiple destinations. What you'll do: Build and deliver a destination market plan that meets quarterly tour release targets across luxury and mid-tier products Design and propose end-to-end tour itineraries including routing, hotels, experiences, pricing logic and competitor context Partner with DMCs and external tour operators to secure costings, allocations, dates and departures Identify market gaps and growth opportunities using data, customer insights and sales performance Lead internal production briefings to align Product, Marketing and Commercial teams ahead of launch Monitor live campaigns with Revenue Management, adjusting dates or strategy to maximise performance Work with Tours Account Management to refine the mix of LE-created and third-party tours Proactively build and maintain strong DMC relationships in key destinations Attend relevant trade shows and industry events as required Travel internationally for up to 1–2 months per year to support partnerships and product development
