The Company This is a well-established Brisbane public practice accounting firm located on the city fringe, operating from modern, well-appointed offices with onsite parking. The Directors have built a structured, professional environment where clarity and efficiency matter more than unnecessary face time. Systems are paperless and well integrated, workflows are clearly documented, and expectations are communicated upfront, creating consistency across the business. The firm continues to grow steadily, supported by strong client demand and long-standing relationships across a diverse portfolio of business clients. Rather than reactive change, growth here is measured and planned, with leadership focused on strengthening internal systems and maintaining high standards of service as the team expands. Work-life balance is embedded into how the firm operates. Flexible start and finish times allow work to fit around life, whether that’s school drop-off, appointments, or simply structuring your day in a way that works best for you. Hybrid working is supported, with the ability to work from home when appropriate, along with proper systems and setup to ensure productivity remains seamless. The Directors are realistic about the natural rhythm of public practice. Busy periods are acknowledged, overtime is paid, and structured recharge time is built in following peak compliance seasons so the team can properly reset after EOFY and tax time. If you’re someone who values clarity, stability and being trusted to manage your responsibilities without constant oversight, this is the type of environment where you can build something long term. The Role This newly created Client Services Manager position offers the opportunity to take ownership of firm-wide systems and processes while supporting two Directors through a continued period of structured growth. It offers scope to refine systems, strengthen compliance processes and contribute meaningfully to how the firm operates day to day.
