Overview: We are looking for an Online Business Manager to support the operational and administrative needs of our construction business. This role focuses on construction, admin support, system management, and documentation, helping streamline processes and keep the business organised and running smoothly. Compensation: 2000 AUD/month Schedule: 40hrs/week Brisbane Business Hours Location: Remote Key Responsibilities : Provide day-to-day construction administration support. Manage and respond to business emails. Assist with tender documentation and estimation. Manage and track certifications and compliance documents. Learn and work within Wunderbuild building software. Prepare, manage, and maintain subcontractor agreements. Support the setup, maintenance, and improvement of company systems. Clean up, organise, and manage all company files and documentation. Qualifications : Has proven Construction background Online Business Manager–level skills within a construction environment* Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience handling construction-related documentation and systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records Comfortable learning new software and internal systems The candidate must be proficient in the following tools: Wunderbuild
