This is a step-up role with real autonomy ideal for an engineer ready to lead, make decisions, and put their stamp on projects and processes. The Responsibilities Lead and deliver civil designs across land and urban development projects of varying scale, from stormwater management, earthworks and environmental impact and road design Provide senior technical expertise and initiative to develop practical solutions to complex engineering problems using 12d, DRAINS and MUSIC Work closely with designers and drafters to produce high-quality documentation from concept sketches through to construction and as-builts Take a lead role in coordination with both the client and other external consultants to shape project direction The Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Member of Engineers Australia. Demonstrated experience in land development civil design. Strong capability with drainage design, MUSIC modelling and 12d. Solid understanding of Australian Standards and local authority design requirements.
