About the OPPORTUNITY – We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Scheduler to join our CSI-IPT Test and Production Team based at Mawson Lakes, SA, reporting to the Production and Test Project Manager. You will be responsible for the effective development, ongoing update, and maintenance of the CSI-IPT Test and Production Team's Integrated Supplementary Production and Maintenance Schedules, including management of the associated performance baseline. You will contribute to the creation, review, and maintenance of process and policy documentation supporting the Integrated Supplementary Schedule Environment. Key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain the CSI-IPT Test and Production Team's Integrated Supplementary Schedule covering Production, Test, and Maintenance activities. Establish and maintain the Performance Measurement Baseline and ensure alignment with program objectives. Lead the analysis and reporting of critical path, key activities, milestones, and schedule health, ensuring compliance with approved scheduling standards and guidance. Prepare and present performance reports relating to schedule adherence, delivery performance, and resource utilisation. Support integration of schedules with project controls, tasking systems, and external stakeholder schedules to ensure alignment and deconfliction. Provide scheduling expertise, guidance, and SME support to internal and external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement of planning processes while maintaining scheduling documentation, data integrity, and collaborative stakeholder relationships. About YOU Demonstrated scheduling experience in a maintenance, production, or test environment, with advanced scheduling and baseline management skills and a strong understanding of project planning and controls. (essential). Exposure to Earned Value Management practices or techniques (desirable). Proven experience and sound working knowledge of project management software such as Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project and Cobra (essential) Experience in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
