Our client is a growth-oriented organisation seeking an experienced Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance, improving processes, and building a scalable finance function. This is an opportunity for a technically strong finance professional who also enjoys partnering with the business. You’ll report directly to the Finance Director and lead a team within a broader finance function, taking ownership of core financial operations while helping modernise systems and ways of working. The opportunity In this role, you’ll be trusted with end-to-end financial control across reporting, AP/AR, balance sheet integrity, and compliance. You’ll also work closely with commercial and operational teams to strengthen governance around key risk areas such as cash flow, customer credit, trade spend, and supplier management. You’ll help build high-performing team culture, supporting growth, encouraging diverse perspectives, and creating space for people to do their best work. Key responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, statutory accounts, and external audit processes Own internal controls, governance frameworks, treasury oversight, and cash flow forecasting Partner with business stakeholders on credit processes, contracts, royalties, and working capital management Drive systems, automation, and process improvement initiatives across finance Manage capex reporting and associated accounting Lead, coach, and develop a team while fostering accountability, learning, and commercial awareness About you CPA or CA qualification with 7 years’ experience in financial leadership roles Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience across financial reporting and controls Confidence working with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex data into practical insights Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders Why join?
