The Senior Manager also drives high performance within their team, balancing day-to-day delivery with long-term sustainability of services. Key accountabilities will also include: Lead and optimise technology delivery practices across software, platforms, SaaS and applications to meet strategic business needs Develop and govern policies, standards and frameworks for product management, software design, and delivery, testing and quality assurance Provide strategic oversight of the technology lifecycle , including planning, release, deployment, transition and continuous improvement Drive insight-led reporting and stakeholder engagement to ensure technology products align with organisational priorities Manage risks, innovation and continuous improvement in tools, methodologies and engineering practices to enhance quality and performance About you You are a strategic and collaborative technology leader with exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills. You have proven experience leading large, complex teams and delivery partners to achieve outcomes aligned to strategic plans, while remaining agile in fast-moving environments. You will also bring: Extensive experience in senior technology leadership roles, with a strong background in product and application delivery and the delivery of enterprise solutions such as Salesforce and related case, claims and customer relationship platforms. You excel at prioritising and delivering complex portfolios of work in partnership with business, technology and external providers, and you demonstrate strong commercial acumen in balancing cost, quality and service outcomes to achieve organisational objectives. Government sector experience preferred Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Certification in ITIL v3 or v4 is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in service management and delivery frameworks.
