Position Available : Project Manager Location : Perth Airport About the Role: This position is responsible for providing experience, knowledge and management of operational and transformation projects across major customer onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery and Governance Lead and manage the delivery of assigned projects to deliver project outcomes efficiently and effectively. Develop project scope, budget, schedule, resourcing, work prioritisation and project dependencies. Establish and maintain governance structures, including project steering committees, reporting, and decision-making forums. Oversee the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools to manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring proactive mitigation and alignment with enterprise objectives. Ensure alignment between operational processes, technology platforms, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strong relationships with key influencers throughout the organisation to facilitate open feedback. Analyse and report on key project success measures including adherence to schedule, budget and benefits delivered. Stakeholder Management Engage with executive sponsors, operational leaders, ICT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and outcomes. Communicate project status, progress, risks, and achievements in a clear and executive-ready format. Maintain face to face interactions with team and other departments while supporting cross-functional team culture to enhance engagement. Skills and Experience: 5-10 years’ experience managing operations or transformation projects (preferably within logistics or supply chain management). Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments), or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner) is required. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is desirable. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Ability to manage and lead projects in dynamic, changing environments. Demonstrated planning, scheduling, and execution skills. Strong risk, budget, and dependency management capabilities. Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop the capability of the Project Team aligned to standard way of working. Has strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships across multi-disciplinary teams. Solution and results driven attitude with the ability to respond quickly to and balance completing priorities. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
