We’re looking for a warm, patient person to support our afternoon music sessions with residents living with dementia. These sessions run from 1–3pm and offer a beautiful opportunity to spark joy, comfort, and connection through the power of music. As a Music Assistant, you’ll help residents engage by offering gentle encouragement, sharing simple instruments, supporting sing‑alongs, or simply being a kind, steady presence in the room. Music can awaken memories, lift spirits, and create moments of calm or delight — and your involvement helps make those moments possible. If you enjoy music and love creating meaningful moments with others, this role brings a lovely blend of connection, creativity, and care. Your impact Volunteering as a Musical guest can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself.
