Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of accounts administration duties with a customer service focus. These responsibilities include: Customer service contact by phone and email Handling purchase orders and invoicing on Reckon/QuickBooks Overseas supplier’s communication - import/export A/R and A/P activities CRM entries - MS Dynamics Full time position M-F 9-5 Skills & Experience desired Enthusiasm and attention to detail Positive friendly attitude Passion for customer service Qualification in business administration/accounting Experience in Reckon/QuickBooks Import/Export process experience an advantage Account Keeping Administration CRM systems experience - any Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Excel Spreadsheet What’s on offer An attractive remuneration package is offered.
