Role Description We are seeking a versatile and forward-thinking clinician to join Saga Psychology in a role that balances clinical depth with the exciting opportunity to shape a growing startup. This position is ideal for a practitioner who enjoys a diverse caseload and wants to have a direct impact on the evolution of a modern private practice. In this role, you will: Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Lead psychological evaluations on a needs basis, with a particular focus on ASD, ADHD, and cognitive/educational assessments to provide families with clear, actionable insights. Deliver Tailored Interventions: Provide high-quality mental health support and develop individualised treatment plans for children and adolescents, utilising play-based and trauma-informed frameworks. Support Practice Growth: Work closely with the founder to expand our reach in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, contributing your clinical expertise to help refine our service delivery and community impact. Engage with Ethical Innovation: Play an active part in our thoughtful exploration of AI integration , helping us define how emerging technology can responsibly enhance clinician governance and client outcomes. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will hold: Full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist with a minimum of 2-years working experience Area of Practice Endorsement in Educational & Developmental, Clinical, or Clinical Neuropsychology; alternatively, you must have demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents. Eligibility to provide services under Medicare (or currently working toward this eligibility). A current Working With Children Check (Victoria) . Current Professional Indemnity Insurance .
