This is a fast-paced, varied role that combines reception, administration and intake coordination. What You’ll Be Doing Meeting and greeting clients at reception (WWCC required) Managing inbound enquiries from NDIS clients, families, carers and support coordinators Coordinating onboarding documentation and client setup Conducting health and safety risk assessments prior to service commencement Working closely with therapists to ensure smooth service delivery Managing client records and ensuring confidentiality and compliance Supporting ongoing clients with administrative coordination Operating within NDIS Service Standards and internal policies Contributing positively to a collaborative team culture What You’ll Bring Previous experience in administration, intake, or client service (healthcare, NDIS or community services highly regarded) Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment Exceptional communication skills with empathy and professionalism High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality Confidence working with NDIS participants and documentation processes Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check A genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives You’re someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that the small details can make a big difference to someone navigating support services.
