The Opportunity: We're looking for an energetic and driven Store Manager to take charge of our Stirling convenience store. This is a hands on leadership role where you'll have real autonomy, the support of an established business, and the chance to make a visible impact every day. You'll lead a team of up to 13 casual staff, drive store performance, and ensure customers keep coming back for great service. What You'll Be Doing: Running the store day to day with confidence and accountability Leading, coaching and motivating a team of up to 13 staff Creating rosters, managing wages and keeping operations on track Delivering outstanding customer service and store presentation Managing stock, ordering and inventory Ensuring compliance with quality standards and audits Driving sales, efficiency and performance outcomes What You'll Bring: Experience in store or retail management (convenience, fuel or fast-paced retail ideal) A natural leadership style with a hands on approach Strong organisation skills and commercial awareness A customer first mindset and pride in your store Confidence working independently and making decisions What's In It For You: Salary: $61K Super Bonuses!
