The opportunity In this role, your primary focus will be supporting research projects that uncover insights to enhance the customer experience, strengthen supporter advocacy, and inform our marketing, brand, and fundraising strategies. You’ll play a key role in enabling insight-led decision-making by helping to surface the needs of supporters and the public—ensuring their voices are heard and acted upon across the organisation.
