Description Data and Integrations Manager Type: Full-time Location: Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane Reports to: Head of Application Engineering As the Data and Integrations Manager at I-MED Radiology, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the technology that underpins critical healthcare services across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll lead the design and implementation of HL7-based integrations, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-quality solutions for both our business and our clients. This role will see you establish and mature I-MED’s data capability, working closely with business leaders, IT leadership, and enterprise architects to define the future state of data engineering, and to build the teams, systems, and structures required to achieve it. What you’ll do Lead the design, development, and maintenance of hospital integration solutions Oversee the delivery of integration and data solutions aligned with architectural strategies and standards Define and implement patterns, schemas, and storage solutions that support scalable data and integration frameworks Partner with business and IT stakeholders to evolve and continuously improve data and integration architecture Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal service delivery and performance Oversee release management, testing, and system maintenance activities Collaborate with Clinic Leaders and business stakeholders to support and drive adoption of IT solutions Troubleshoot and resolve issues in line with company ITSM standards for service requests, incidents, problems, and change management Work closely with infrastructure and operations teams to automate monitoring, response, and recovery processes Participate in an on-call roster providing 24/7 support for critical incidents What you’ve done Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline Experience in healthcare IT, focusing on integrations and/or data management Proven expertise in HL7 and DICOM standards and protocols Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modelling, ETL, and data quality Experience working with RIS and PACS applications Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Shape the future of healthcare data and integration at Australia’s leading radiology network.
