Job Description This role plays a critical leadership function, ensuring marketing initiatives directly support revenue growth, brand positioning and long-term commercial success, while aligning with Pullman, Mercure and Accor brand standards. Key Responsibilities – Marketing Manager Develop and deliver the annual Marketing plan to drive revenue across accommodation, restaurant, bar, café and conference & events business. Plan, execute and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns that support leisure, corporate, MICE, food & beverage and local market demand. Lead marketing strategies to promote large-scale conferences, events and group business, working closely with sales and events teams. Manage the hotel’s brand presence across websites, third-party platforms and digital channels in line with Accor brand standards. Drive brand awareness and foot traffic for the hotel’s restaurant, bar and café through targeted promotions, partnerships and content. Oversee PR, media relations and promotional partnerships to maximise exposure across hospitality, business and lifestyle audiences. Develop and manage social media strategy and content to build engagement, conversion and brand advocacy. Analyse campaign performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future marketing activity. Manage marketing budgets, paid media spend and suppliers, ensuring cost control, brand compliance and strong returns. Collaborate with hotel leadership, sales, food & beverage and events teams while supporting and developing marketing content and championing Accor values.
