Job Description Sofitel Melbourne is looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator to assist the Housekeeping Management team in ensuring the efficient day to day running of this busy department. This role will provide crucial support and leadership to Ambassadors whilst maintaining the consistent, high level of service and product standard expected of a luxury brand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES An understanding and ability to demonstrate a range of Housekeeping tasks including Room/Turndown Attendant, Linen Attendant, Laundry/Valet Attendant, Public Area Attendant, Uniform Room and Desk Clerk Task allocations for Housekeeping Attendants Collaborate with the team ensuring daily briefings and relevant information is communicated Ensure all guest requests are recorded and attended to via the relevant systems Coordinate the communication within the department with both internal and external stakeholders Liaise with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure rooms are available for our guests arrival
