Job Description Oaks Melbourne St Kilda Road are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays. As a valued team member, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by: Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences. Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options Serving Food & Beverages : Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction. Delivering Exceptional Customer Service : Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations. Shift Details (subject to change): Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday Split shifts may be required on some days Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $30.35 per hour Saturday: $36.42 per hour Sunday: $42.49 per hour
