Support the sales and marketing function and keep daily operations running smoothly. Maintain and update the website and property listings via WordPress. Generate reports, board packs and agency minutes. Maintain CRM data, contacts, listings and enquiries. Create and schedule EDMs through Mailchimp and Canva. Manage social media calendars and content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google. your advantage The following skills and experience are highly advantageous: Strong administration and organisational skills with high attention to detail. Experience with WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp and Microsoft Office. Confidence using CRM systems and databases. Proven background in sales administration from commercial or residential property.
