Job Description The Opportunity: We, at Flywire, are looking for a forward-thinking, motivated, and hardworking Client Success Manager to help with the delivery and execution of our solution to our new and existing Enterprise level business clients in the ANZ region. This individual should be a phenomenal teammate, interested in building a new business unit, and be motivated by success. The Client Success Manager will work with the Travel Sales team and management in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase growth of the Enterprise Travel client base, improve client retention, upsell to increase revenue, identify opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely issue resolution and assure clients utilize Flywire’s Payment Solution. This includes: Building and maintaining strong relationships and communication within Enterprise level Travel business client accounts Creating the ideal strategy for each Travel business client to maximize money moved and increasing revenue through up-selling Providing clients with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms Working with existing business team to build out standard methodologies for client on-boarding Strategic Consultation - Become a payment expert for our merchants, delivering expertise, education, leadership and guidance to merchants on their global payments strategy. Also provide a feedback loop for The Client, by gathering merchant’s feedback, evaluating the evolution of merchant needs, and communicating these to product and management personnel. Developing and maintaining a current knowledge and understanding of all services provided by Flywire and maintaining, at all times, a professional and ethical relationship with Travel clients when representing Flywire Execution and results oriented - A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
