You will work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate tender submissions and produce high‑quality, professional proposals and supporting materials Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Support business development and marketing initiatives aligned with company strategy Review tender documents and coordinate the end‑to‑end bid process Engage internal stakeholders throughout the tender lifecycle Coordinate submission timelines, gather inputs and manage approvals Maintain the tender register and ensure all deadlines are met Prepare, format and submit tender documents with accuracy and compliance Act as the primary point of contact for tender‑related queries Provide regular updates to management on tender progress Manage pre‑qualification documentation and maintain company credentials Ensure WHS, quality and environmental requirements are reflected in all submissions Prepare presentations and supporting materials for tenders Contribute to a positive team culture and maintain strong internal and supplier relationships Qualifications About You You will bring strong administrative capability, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
