The Role This is a hands-on role for an ERP Systems Coordinator to lead the implementation of a new ERP system across a growing food manufacturing business. You will be responsible for getting the project off the ground, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the system supports finance-led decision-making while integrating smoothly with operations. This is not a maintenance role - it's about building the foundation properly, doing it once, and doing it right. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation project, from planning through to go-live and stabilisation Act as the main point of contact between the business, the ERP vendor, internal and external consultants Work closely with the CFO and finance team to ensure strong financial controls, reporting, and data integrity Map and document existing processes, identify gaps, and design improved workflows within the ERP Coordinate data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, and training Support change management to ensure adoption across the business Establish system governance, documentation, and ongoing improvement processes post-implementation Skills and Experience Proven experience coordinating or implementing ERP systems (manufacturing or food production highly regarded) Strong understanding of finance workflows, including GL, AP/AR, inventory and cost control Confident communicator who can translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes Organised, methodical, and comfortable owning a project end-to-end Experience working with finance teams and senior stakeholders Benefits and Culture Join a company that is renowned for excellence in hospitality.
