In this role, you will: act as a trusted advisor to leaders across our multi‑site health service deliver contemporary, best‑practice HR support across performance management, conflict resolution, talent retention and workforce planning manage the talent acquisition services for the health service ensuring efficient filling of positions, identifying talent for roles and your ideas for a solid talent pipeline; lead People & Culture processes, champion evidence‑based decision‑making, and ensure our workforce strategies are proactive, future‑focused and aligned with MDHS’ strategic direction help shape a culture grounded in accountability, continuous improvement and high performance Take ownership for talent acquisition activity ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time. You’ll also contribute to end‑to‑end ER/IR cases as required, and build strong, constructive relationships with unions and external stakeholders. You will also deputise for the Director, People & Culture when required—offering valuable exposure to health leadership.
