As our Senior Workforce Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders across the health service; delivering contemporary, best‑practice HR consultancy across performance management, conflict resolution, talent retention and more; manage People & Culture processes, champion evidence‑based decision making, and ensure our workforce strategies are proactive, future‑focused and aligned with MDHS’ strategic direction; and your expertise will help shape a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and high performance.
