This is a temporary position, on-site 5 days role based in Scoresby, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation in a multifunctional finance support position. 02/02/2026 - Monday Start 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday Potential for on-going/permanent position Parking on-site Based in Scoresby About the Role This diverse role has a primary focus on Accounts Receivable (60%), with additional responsibilities in supporting Accounts Payable, Customer Service, and Sales Order Processing. It's ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and is passionate about accurate and efficient financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Manage customer accounts and perform debt collection Complete timely and accurate customer account reconciliations and banking duties Raise and process credit notes Ensure high levels of internal and external customer service across the whole business Finance Support & Cross-Functional Duties Assist with Accounts Payable including invoice matching, payment runs, and statement reconciliation Provide customer service support by handling inquiries, processing sales orders, and handling complaints Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery in full on time About You You are a dedicated and experienced Accounts Clerk who thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. You’ll bring a mix of technical skill and customer service focus, with the confidence to juggle competing priorities. To be successful, you’ll need: 2–3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable (this is not a degree level role) Ideally experience in a regulated manufacturing environment Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to support the broader team Why Join Our Client?
