The job on offer Chef/Cook to manage preparation daily of fresh organic food (part time / full time) Responsibilities will include: Skills in preparing our diverse delicious menu. Attention to detail, exceptional food presentation and strong organisational skills. Stock ordering and control skills. Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the kitchen during and after service. Ability to train kitchen staff to maintain the recipe standards and cooking/preparation procedures. The perfect candidate: Trade qualified At least 2 years relevant experience Passion for quality and being able to instill these values in others. Strong work ethic with a hands-on approach. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Previous experience is highly regarded. Are you the right person?
