Job Description YOUR ROLE As the Organisational Design Specialist, you will work at the forefront of MACS' HR transformation, shaping and embedding new organisational structures, role designs, and operating models that align with enterprise technology upgrades. You’ll work closely with the People Experience team, change team, and business leaders to design roles, plan workforce transitions, and deliver the structural foundations to support new ways of working across MACS. WHAT YOU WILL DO Design and refine organisational structures aligned with Digital Reimagination strategy. Analyse workforce needs and lead the redesign of roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines. Conduct impact assessments and develop workforce transition plans. Support governance frameworks across HR, Finance, and Payroll processes and data ownership. Create toolkits, templates, and guides to embed new models and support capability development. Collaborate with People Partners and business stakeholders to implement changes. ABOUT YOU Extensive experience in organisational design and workforce transformation. Sound knowledge of design principles (e.g. McKinsey 7S Framework) and change management (e.g. Prosci). Experience supporting ERP/HRIS implementations—ideally SAP SuccessFactors. Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills. Proven ability to work across complex programs with multiple stakeholders and change streams. Degree in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology, or related field (required).
