As the Director, People Operations, you will provide strategic leadership and management of core HR services including recruitment, payroll and workforce reporting and analysis. You will lead a high‑impact reform agenda – shaping and uplifting enabling services, modernising payroll and workforce systems, and enhancing the experience of employees and leaders across DJSIR. As a key member of the People and Culture branch leadership team, you will provide trusted expert advice to our senior executives, drive data-informed decision making, and contribute to developing and delivering services and solutions that influence workforce outcomes.
