Position Purpose This is a full-time, delivery-focused role dedicated to embedding diversity, equity, inclusion, psychosocial wellbeing, and gender equality across the organisation. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing practical guidance and hands-on support to leaders and teams, managing workplace risks, and driving initiatives that create measurable improvements in culture and employee experience. Key Details • Location: Inner-eastern Melbourne near the CBD (Hybrid) • Salary: $110,479 super, plus salary packaging and exclusive employee perks • Type: Full-time, permanent – join a collaborative, high-performing team The Opportunity In this role, you will: • Act as a DEI and psychosocial wellbeing expert • Advise on bullying, harassment, grievance processes, and workplace wellbeing • Lead the development and implementation of the Gender Equality Plan (GEAP) • Prepare and deliver the first mandatory GEAP reporting submission • Embed gender equality, inclusion, and wellbeing into policies, processes, and culture initiatives • Turn insights into practical, delivery-focused programs that strengthen culture and psychological safety About You – What You’ll Bring • Proven experience delivering DEI, wellbeing, and gender equality initiatives end-to-end • Hands-on experience developing and implementing Gender Equality Action Plans and reporting • Knowledge of psychosocial risk, employee relations, and workplace legislation • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience in complex organisational environments, ideally healthcare, justice-adjacent, or public sector Potential for Growth This role provides exposure to complex organisational initiatives and the opportunity to shape a values-aligned, psychologically safe workplace.
