Job Description About you A dynamic hotel sales leader with over four years’ senior sales experience, strong expertise in negotiation, market trends, and hotel branding. Highly relationship-driven with a proven ability to maximise revenue, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and lead high-performing teams through coaching and inspiration. Known for integrity, adaptability, entrepreneurial drive, and a genuine passion for hotel operations, while consistently role-modelling Accor values and the Heartist culture. What you will be doing? Coordinate and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Maximise revenue performance by applying industry best practices and emerging sales techniques. Contribute to the creation and implementation of innovative marketing strategies. Increase brand awareness and engagement across new and existing customer segments. Responsibility for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members. Assist the DOSM with specified projects relating to sales, marketing, communication, PR and events. Research new business opportunities for Accor’s hotels with a particular focus on corporate, corporate group, residential conferencing and co-working spaces. Work in conjunction with Accor National Sales to identify and target business opportunities for Accor’s hotels.
