Position & Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality order management support across multiple national locations and allocated national accounts. The position requires a high level of accuracy, strong written communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: Accurately processing high volumes of daily customer orders across multiple national accounts Managing and monitoring multiple shared email inboxes for various national locations Acting as the primary order management contact for allocated national accounts Reviewing orders for accuracy including product, pricing, delivery details, and customer requirements Proactively communicating with customers regarding order status, lead times, and potential delays Liaising with customers via email regarding orders, stock availability, delivery, and account queries Entering and maintaining accurate order information within the ERP / order management system Supporting the sales team with order processing and customer updates For a driven and detail-focused individual, this role provides a strong foundation within a customer-centric operations environment, with opportunities for future growth. Requirements The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills and experience: Proven experience in order management, administration, or sales administration Strong ability to process high volumes of orders accurately Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy Comfort managing multiple email inboxes and competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships High level of computer literacy, including experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Strong organisational and time management skills A proactive, positive, and reliable approach to work Experience with Pronto or similar ERP systems is advantageous but not essential The Offer The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $70,000 - $75,000, plus Superannuation.
