About the team - The Grants team works with all areas of the ASC to ensure grant programs are administered ethically & equitably, ensuring probity, transparency, accountability and alignment to legislative requirements. The team provides grant operations, processing and compliance expertise to business areas that design and deliver the ASC's grant programs. About the role - In this position you will provide leadership, advice and direction to design, deliver and administer ASC grant programs. This role is responsible for ensuring ASC grant programs are aligned with the Government's directions, the ASC strategic plan, and adherence to the highest standards of public sector governance and administration. The position works closely with program, finance, ICT and leadership teams to ensure accurate financial management, reporting and internal controls. About you - We are looking for a motivated individual with: Experience in managing grant programs within a government context Excellent attention to detail and communication skills High level analytical, research and problem-solving skills Ability to identify emerging opportunities or issues, and respond quickly to competing priorities as they emerge Sound judgement and the capacity to work flexibly and responsively to achieve results.
