$75,000 – $85,000 Super (depending on exp) Hybrid | Sydney CBD Permanent Opportunity An established national not-for-profit organisation operating within the creative arts sector is seeking a highly organised Business Support Officer to join their Sydney-based team. This role is ideal for a proficient administrator with strong systems skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple internal stakeholders. An interest in the arts, publishing, or creative industries will be highly regarded. About the Role Working within a collaborative team environment, you will provide administrative and customer support to assist with licensing and stakeholder enquiries. You will support senior leaders and multiple internal teams, contributing to the smooth delivery of operational and client services. This is a varied role offering exposure to the creative sector and opportunities to develop specialist industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities Provide professional frontline support via phone and email. Manage and respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries. Prepare and issue service quotes and documentation. Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and records. Liaise with external stakeholders, including creators, publishers, and partners Monitor usage and reporting information. Provide administrative support to senior leaders and teams. Assist with internal projects and events. Support continuous improvement of processes and systems.
