Very flexible working arrangement Up to $135k package 18-month fixed-term contract Cremorne Office near public transport and parking on-site About the Role As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will lead the Accounts Payable team of 6FTE and oversee the end-to-end AP function, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing across the business. This role also plays a critical part in a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation, including the implementation of Coupa, making it ideal for a hands-on AP leader with systems and change experience. Key Responsibilities You will be accountable for the delivery of the full Accounts Payable function, including: Leading the Accounts Payable team and managing day-to-day operations Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments Managing payment runs Completing invoice and statement reconciliations in line with business processes Providing responsive, high-quality service to internal stakeholders Preparing, reviewing, and distributing month-end reporting Supporting interpretation of reports and resolving issues Identifying, planning, and implementing process and system improvements Developing individual and team capability through coaching and development activities Delivering formal training initiatives in consultation with People & Culture About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager Demonstrated people leadership, facilitation, and team-building capability Advanced English literacy and numeracy Hands-on Coupa experience (highly regarded) Strong background in team development, training, and performance management Experience managing supplier relationships and major supplier reconciliations Exposure to Epicor and DocStar (highly regarded) Benefits The organisation offers a range of employee benefits, including: Discounted gym memberships Retail and lifestyle discounts Discounted car hire Wellbeing app to support mental and physical health Novated vehicle leasing Workplace banking support Discounted health insurance Apply now as we're actively shortlisting this role!
