Role: Sales & Marketing Manager Our client is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to support the delivery of residential project campaigns. This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, marketing, and design, and who is looking to build a long-term career in property development. Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Director Projects: 300-hectare land development projects Salary: Competitive Salary SuperannuationComission (Includes annual salary review and performance evaluation) Location: Sydney CBD Key Responsibilities: Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and sales activities Coordinate brochures, EDMs, signage, and social media content · Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to ensure brand consistency Prepare sales contracts and documentation Assist with event coordination and weekend display support, as required Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience in property, real estate, or marketing Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills Proficient in Canva and confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems Mandarin language skills and experience in house & land packages are highly regarded Solid understanding of real estate sales processes Previous experience in a Sales & Marketing role within the real estate is a strong advantage Benefits · Collaborative and supportive team culture · Exposure to the full project marketing cycle · Opportunities for career development with a growing Sydney-based developer.
