About the Role Reporting to the HR Manager, you will drive end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of blue-collar positions across warehousing, transport, and logistics operations. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver efficient, high-quality recruitment outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles including warehouse staff, drivers, labourers, and forklift operators Write engaging job ads, shortlist candidates, conduct screening, interviews, and reference checks Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing operational needs Partner with site supervisors and managers to ensure recruitment aligns with workforce planning Coordinate onboarding, pre-employment checks, inductions, and compliance documentation Maintain accurate ATS and recruitment records Represent the business professionally when engaging with candidates and external stakeholders About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in blue-collar or volume recruitment (agency or internal) Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels A proactive, solutions-focused approach to sourcing talent High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Understanding of logistics, warehousing, transport, or similar industries (preferred but not essential) Why You’ll Love This Role Full-time, permanent opportunity with a stable and respected logistics company Supportive team environment with genuine growth potential Autonomy to streamline and influence recruitment processes Convenient Rockingham location Competitive salary and long-term career stability Ready to Apply?
