Click here to view Our statement of faith About the role: Director of Marketing and Promotions Employment Type: Full Time Start Date: As soon as possible Position Summary The Director of Marketing and Promotions will lead the College’s marketing, communications, and public relations efforts, overseeing branding, digital and print media, events, and Alumni engagement to ensure a consistent, high-quality public image. Key Duties General leadership and strategic planning Marketing strategy development and execution Coordination of events and functions Publications and communications management Alumni engagement and development Staff liaison and employee relations Other duties as required to support the College Selection Criteria: Applicants must demonstrate: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (master’s preferred). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role. Proven ability to develop and execute long-term marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, partnerships) Experience managing promotional programs and brand campaigns Strong understanding of digital channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email automation, analytics, and content marketing Experience managing, motivating, and developing cross-functional teams Excellent communication skills for collaborating with Executive and Leadership Teams General requirements: To have a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ. To actively be a part of a Church or Christian community and exemplify Christian beliefs, behaviour, and practices. To accept the College’s Statement of Faith. Build co-operative and supportive relationships with the board, principal, staff, students and parents. Work to ensure personal best practice.
