Job Description Preparation of submissions and tender responses in a timely and efficient manner, focusing on quality outcomes. Maintenance of Director’s calendar/diary. Maintenance of office files and project files. Banking duties and petty cash reconciliation. Booking couriers, banking, arranging catering for morning teas/staff drinks. Processing invoicing on a monthly basis. Arranging ad hoc travel arrangements. Creation of new jobs/projects/submissions in the Financial Management System with relevant follow through to all relevant units and parties. Other general administration duties such as booking meeting rooms and completing work allocation programs. SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. Comply with the requirements of Turner & Townsend’s Business Management Systems including Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management associated with the role and position within the company.
