With major transformation underway, they are seeking a motivated junior-mid level professional to help elevate their processes and systems. About the Role As the organisation transitions to a new case management system, they are undertaking a wide-ranging uplift of their processes, forms, and templates. You'll play a key role in this transformation by supporting the design, build, and refinement of forms and automated workflows across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, process-driven work and enjoys being hands-on with tools like Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365. What You'll Be Doing Building and configuring forms, templates, and automated workflows Supporting the uplift of existing processes as part of a major case management transition Collaborating closely with project leads and SMEs to scope and document form requirements Working across the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring solutions are functional, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs Assisting in enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement activities Applying your understanding of integrations, plugins, and the Dynamics 365 ecosystem About You You'll bring a blend of technical capability, curiosity, and a willingness to get involved in hands-on delivery. You enjoy process work and have the communication skills to partner with operational teams as they navigate change.
