Description Manage and provide advice on Employee Relations (ER) matters to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Support managers and employees in resolving workplace issues effectively and professionally. Work on developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Conduct investigations and manage grievances in a fair and timely manner. Provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and improve employee engagement. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations within the Energy & Natural Resources sector. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of HR and ER activities. Profile A successful ER-focused Human Resources professional should have: Experience in Employee Relations (ER) within the Energy & Natural Resources industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and workplace regulations. Track record working on site Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism. Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. passion for data driven decisions will be highly regarded.
