Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Officer to join the Accounts Team located at our Abbotsford Office. This role plays an integral part in supporting the Group’s financial operations, with a focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general financial administration. The Finance Officer will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient financial processes across the business. This is an 8-month fixed term contract. Key responsibilities will be but not limited to: Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements Manage credit card transactions and expense reimbursements Assist with inter-company reconciliations and month-end reporting Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams
